A Note From Our Founder

"I opened Maison Vert because I was tired of seeing the same faces walking out of medspas. We don't do that here. We do you, refined."

From Our Patients
I've been to four other medspas in Manhattan. This is the first one where I felt truly listened to, and the only one where my results look like a better me — not a different person.

Slow beauty: our editorial on patience

A note on the only protocol that has never disappointed a patient at Maison Vert.

Maison Vert 1 min read

The one protocol that has never disappointed a patient at Maison Vert is also the slowest. We call it, internally, the eighteen-month conversation.

It works like this. The first eighteen months are entirely about substrate — barrier, hydration, glycation, photoprotection. Almost no in-clinic procedures. Patients arrive expecting otherwise and leave understanding why.

By month twenty, the things we'd considered doing are almost always smaller in scale, and the patient is making the case for them rather than us. That is the practice we run.
