The Method

Three signature protocols. Built around how patients actually live.

Most patients don't want a long menu — they want a plan. We've codified ours into three protocols, each refined over thousands of visits.

01
The Quiet Refresh
A measured combination of neuromodulators and skin therapy designed to look like rest, not work.

02
The Architectural Reset

03
The Long Game
A twelve-month, physician-supervised plan combining injectables, lasers, and metabolic wellness.

A Note From Our Founder

"I opened Maison Vert because I was tired of seeing the same faces walking out of medspas. We don't do that here. We do you, refined."

— Dr. Mariana Reyes · Medical Director

From Our Patients
I've been to four other medspas in Manhattan. This is the first one where I felt truly listened to, and the only one where my results look like a better me — not a different person.

Concierge isn't a vibe — it's a contract

What we mean by concierge service, what we will pick up the phone for, and what we charge to do it well.

Maison Vert 1 min read

Concierge gets used loosely. We use it tightly: two named providers reachable to you by phone for the duration of your treatment plan; same-week scheduling within reason; written records you receive, not summaries of records.

It is a contract because we put it on paper. It is also why our patient roster is capped. We close to new patients every March and reopen in September.

If we are closed and you want to be on the September list, write to us. We answer every letter ourselves.
